SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-E)

The U.S. Navy has awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts that will provide for their competition for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the United States Marine Corps. The 22 functional service areas within the scope of the contracts include:

PCT’s project monitoring process requires bi-monthly and monthly performance analysis, and baseline control to ensure that task orders and projects remain on track from both a cost/schedule and a technical viewpoint.  Our project monitoring procedures are based on a single set of corporate-wide policies and procedures following standard project management processes.  We do not spend the government’s money needlessly.  Our past experience demonstrates that we have always completed the required tasks within budget, and on numerous delivery orders, we have provided no-cost extensions.

Under our approach to task performance, each deliverable is given a priority and tracked to successful completion.  The company will prepare and provide the COR a monthly project status report which includes a narrative description of task accomplishments, cost data, cost trends, status of deliverables, projected work/opportunities for next 30 day period, problem areas with recommended solutions, and projected travel for next 30 day period.
